Clinical Interests:	My current clinical interests are in the acute care of stroke patients and other patients with central nervous system emergencies. I am also interested in follow up care and treatment for patients who have suffered strokes in the past.
Research Interests:	My research interests are directed towards improvement of the acute care delivered for stroke patients in the emergency department. This involves studying systems of care and barriers to delivering high quality effective treatment to this population of patients. I also participate in trials investigating new medications for use in acute ischemic stroke.
