Richard W. Lieberman, M.D.

Dr. Lieberman is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Keesler Air Force Base Hospital and a fellowship in gynecologic pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Dr. Lieberman joined the faculty of the University of Michigan in 1997. His clinical expertise includes abnormal Pap tests, colposcopy and cervical dysplasia, in addition to anatomic pathology. Dr. Lieberman's research interests include gynecologic pathology, medical informatics, and internet-based teaching and consultation.

Anthony W. Opipari Jr., M.D., Ph.D.

Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Opipari is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he obtained both a medical and a doctoral degree. He completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Michigan and joined the faculty of the University of Michigan in 1998. Dr. Opipari's clinical interests are colposcopy, pre-cancers of the cervix and vulva, abnormal Pap test results and gynecologic problems. His research interests are cervical dysplasia, human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, development of new cytotoxic agents, and mechanisms of cell death (why cells become cancer).

Lauren B. Zoschnick, M.D.
Assistant Professor
Specialty: Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Zoschnick received his medical degree from Wayne State University and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital. He joined the faculty of the University of Michigan in 1994. Dr. Zoschnick's clinical interests are women's health, preventative care, cervical disorders, hormone replacement therapy, PMS, colposcopy and hypertension. His research interests are human papilloma virus (HPV), cervical cancer screening and hypertension (HTN).
