Research Interests:	My current research focuses on DNA mismatch repair system. The dysfunction of DNA mismatch repair system is the most common cause of familial colon cancer. It also plays a role in sporadic colon cancer. It is my goal to contribute my research experience to better understand the impact of DNA mismatch repair in the pathogenesis of human colorectal cancer, as well as its impact among different races.
