Pediatric Psychology

Pediatric Psychology addresses the full range of physical and mental development, health and illness issues affecting children, adolescents and families.

Pediatric psychologists on this service specialize in addressing the following types of concerns: child and family adjustment to illness, adherence to medical routines, pain management, relaxation skills and stress management, anxiety and phobias, sleep problems, chronic constipation and soiling, feeding problems, developmental assessment of young children, grief issues, and psychological testing of young children with organic or metabolic conditions.
