Extracorporeal Life Support Program
Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), also known as Extracorporeal Life Support (ECLS), provides extended cardiac and/or pulmonary support to patients with severe, acute, recoverable respiratory or cardiac illness. The ECMO program also is involved in other types of extracorporeal support procedures such as liver support.The faculty include:
