Directions to the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital Floor 5:
Parking for C.S. Mott Children's Hospital is in Parking Structure A. Use the South Entrance. Remember the level on which you parked. Bring your parking coupon with you to your appointment to be validated at the clerical stations for a reduced rate.
Locate the south parking structure elevators. Take the parking structure elevator to Floor 2. Turn left after exiting the elevator and enter the Taubman Center. The Welcome/Registration Desk is on your right. Here you will receive your "blue hospital card" or you may update your registration information.
Look at your appointment notice for the floor location and reception area of your appointment. Proceed straight through the lobby into C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. You will pass the admission and business office on your right, and "Big Bird" and the Friend's Gift Shop on the left.

Mott East Elevators will be on your left after you pass the FRIEND's Carousel Gift Shop.
Family Computer
Take the East Elevator up three levels, to Floor 5. Turn right off the elevator, and then right again. Continue down this main hallway as it bends right then left. The family computer will be on your left prior to entering 5 East Mott.
Pediatric Respiratory Care
Take the West Elevator up three levels to Floor 5. Turn right off the elevator, then right again. Proceed trough the doors on the left side of the hallway, and walk down the ramp. The overhead sign for Pediatric Respiratory Care will be straight ahead.
Pediatric Critical Care Waiting Area (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Pediatric Cardio-Thoracic Unit (PCTU), Pods A,B,C) - Take the East Elevator up three levels, to Floor 5. Turn left off the elevator. PICU/PCTU will be in front of you. Visitors must call prior to entering.
Patient Rooms (5 East, 5 West, Moderate Care)
Take the East Elevators up three levels, to Floor 5. Turn right off the elevator, and then right again. Continue down this main hallway as it bends right then left. The fifth level of Mott will be at the end of the hall.
5 East Rooms F5515-5547 - At the end of the hall turn left, and the staff center will be on your right. Check in at the desk to find the appropriate patient room.
5 West Rooms F5672-5698 - At the end of the hall, go through the park area and turn left. The staff center will be on your left. Check in at the desk to find the appropriate patient room.
Moderate Care - At the end of the hall turn right. About half way down the hall, Moderate Care will be on your right.
