Critical Care Transport - Survival Flight

Survival Flight is a critical care transportation service that provides helicopter, airplane, and specialized ground transportation 24 hours a day, year-round. Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Air Medical Transport Services (CAAM), Survival Flight's expertise includes:
- Intra-aortic (heart) balloon pump patients
- Neonatal (newborn) patients
- ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) patients
Physicians and other authorized agencies [hospitals, emergency medical services (EMS), law enforcement agencies, etc.] may request Survival Flight.
For a response directly to the scene of an accident, please provide the location (including cross streets), appropriate landing areas, communication frequency and any landmarks and overhead obstructions.For transfer between hospitals, please provide medical information.
