Urology - Adult - Male Reconstructive and Incontinence

In our Male Reconstructive and Incontinence Program, we specialize in evaluating and treating patients with voiding dysfunction as a result of urethral stricture or obstruction. We incorporate the study and treatment of congenital and acquired diseases of the urethra and male genitalia.

Symptoms can include a weak or slow urine stream, dribbling, urinary frequency, urgency, nocturia or urinary retention. Urethral strictures in men can develop following straddle injury, fracture of the pelvis/sacrum, penetrating trauma, prior endoscopic/surgical procedure(s) or for other reasons. Our goal is to enable the patient to urinate as normally as possible.
