Multidisciplinary Peripheral Arterial Management Program
Directors:
Jonathan Lee Eliason, M.D.
Paul Michael Grossman, M.D.
The PAD program uses a unique multi-disciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management of patients with peripheral arterial disease. It brings together established and experienced vascular surgeons, vascular medicine specialists, cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists and nurse practitioners to provide timely, collaborative, and multidisciplinary care. This unique approach will lead to effective medical treatment strategies for managing patient symptoms and slowing progression of atherosclerosis, as well as allowing the most appropriate revascularization strategy, when indicated. This clinic will also facilitate access to professionals and programs in exercise rehabilitation, smoking cessation, dietary counseling, wound care, and prosthetics.
