The Multidisciplinary Aortic program (UM-MAP) provides outstanding clinical care, are leaders in clinical trials, as well as are experimental investigators. Physicians of the UM-MAP have established the institutions cutting edge position on understanding and treating thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms and dissections and aortic valve disease.
Collaboration among the Departments of Surgery, Medicine and Radiology exists and with the opening of the Cardiovascular Center and its goal of continued collaboration, physicians and nurse practitioners from multiple specialties to see patients in a single visit to the University. Multidisciplinary conferences reviewing each patient for endovascular thoracic and abdominal aortic approaches take place to provide the most comprehensive aortic care.Appointment Number: 877-892-6782
