Radiation Oncology
The Paul Tejada Center for Radiation Oncology is located within the 411-bed Allegiance Health comprehensive hospital in Jackson, Michigan. The Center is a unique joint venture between Allegiance Health and the University of Michigan that provides patients with the latest in radiation treatment technology and a dedicated staff under the direction of two U-M faculty members. Treatment for patients includes access to the most current research and state-of-the art equipment. Our facility features:
- 2 Varian linear accelerators for radiation oncology treatment
- Access to the services of an onsite social worker
- Nutrition evaluation as part of patient assessment
- Van service for patients who do not have transportation to and from daily treatment

- External beam radiation therapy
- Intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT)
- 3-D conformal radiation therapy (CRT)
- Enrollment in University of Michigan research treatment protocols
