Lower Extremity Clinic - Amputee

The Lower Extremity Clinic is staffed by a multidisciplinary team that is dedicated to the prosthetic care of the amputee and the comprehensive management of the patient with lower extremity problems such as leg and foot wounds, leg and foot deformities, peripheral vascular disease, foot pain and diabetic foot care. Physicians, prosthetists, orthotists and occupational therapists staff the clinic.
We hold the clinic on Wednesday and Friday mornings, and all day Tuesday.
Amputees may contact the clinic themselves or may be referred by a physician. We will see all other patients through physician referral only.Appointment Number: 734-936-7175
