Clinical Pathology - Blood Drawing Station
MLabs offers adult and pediatric blood drawing services at our University of Michigan Health System Health Centers. Upon arrival, the patient must present a completed MLabs requisition to the receptionist. No appointment is necessary for routine services; please call ahead to schedule glucose tolerance testing. Hours are subject to change without notice.
Lab results are available only through your physician's office. Please do not contact the specimen collection facility or blood drawing station for test result information.
MLabs clients may drop off specimens at these sites for transport to MLabs. The specimen must be accompanied by a completed MLabs requisition.
The following sites are recommended for pediatric patients: Medical Center, Cancer Center, and Taubman Center Level 2; East Ann Arbor Health and Geriatrics Center; Brighton Health Center; and Canton Health Center.

The West Ann Arbor lab hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday hours are 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The lab will be closed the second Wednesday of each month for a staff meeting from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. To contact the lab please dial 734-998-7036 extension 226.Appointment Number: 734-998-7036
