Construction Alert
ROAD CLOSURE ALERT - Part of E. Hospital Dr. closed until Fall 2010
Continuing until Fall 2010, a portion of East Hospital Drive – the portion between the hospital construction project and the Mott/Simpson (M22) parking deck – will be closed. It will not require any closures of East Medical Center Drive, the "ring road" around the medical center.
Due to ongoing utility work, the closure of part of E. Hospital Drive near the new Children's and Women's Hospital construction site will continue until Fall 2010. Until it opens, the current two-way traffic pattern on Simpson Road and E. Hospital Dr. will continue to allow access to the Birth Center Triage entrance, and the bus stop near the employee entrance to Mott Hospital will remain closed. Please continue to use the heated and lit bus shelters on E. Medical Center Dr.
* The Birthing Center entrance will remain open during this period.
