Welcome to the University of Michigan West Ann Arbor Health Center. Our goal is to prevent illness, maintain good health and control disease. We believe in establishing an ongoing relationship with you as we work to treat your illness or help you stay healthy. We strive to provide you with the best care possible. Our health care professionals provide medical services for patients of all ages. We offer general and preventive medicine for adults, including Geriatric Medicine, management of asthma, hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases, allergy injections, health counseling and physicals.
The following services are available: Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and OBGyn. Basic laboratory facilities are available on-site. Should you require a referral to a specialist, we can make those arrangements.
