Stone Diease
Urinary stones in the kidney, ureter or bladder can be quite painful. To respond to you, we try to determine the cause as quickly and as accurately as possible. We begin by evaluating our patients for metabolic conditions that may cause stones to form. Once we discover the source, a full range of minimally invasive therapy is available, including removal of stones using an ureteroscopic approach, percutaneous methods, and shock wave lithotripsy (SWL), which fragment stones by passing energy directly through the body.
