At the service representative's fingertips is a continually updated primary care provider
database containing information on all of the University of Michigan primary care providers
and health centers.
Coordinators are available to answer calls Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may also reach our Physician Referral Service representatives through our secure online form for non-urgent requests. |
Please note: Referral service representatives cannot answer medical questions, diagnose or make referral recommendations based on symptoms or history. Your primary care physician will advise you about the kind of specialist needed and provide the referral which some specialty services require.
