Specialty: Radiation Oncology
Research Interests: Invasion of the extracellular matrix by cancer cells, and invasion of solid tumors by blood vessels (angiogenesis). Role of integrins in invasion induction. Design of nontoxic, systemic inhibitors that target the activated integrin receptors of tumor cells and tumor blood vessels to prevent malignant progression.
