Clinical Interests: Diseases of the foregut including gastroesophageal reflux, benign neoplastic disease and achalasia. Bariatric surgery including Roux Y Gastric Bypass and Sleeve Gastrectomy. Laparoscopic and open hernia surgery (inguinal, ventral, epigastric, paraesophageal), laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic splenectomy, laparoscopic colectomy.
Research Interests: Safety and clinical outcomes of bariatric surgery. Surgical education and residency training.
