The A. Alfred Taubman Health Care Center houses state-of-the-art
specialty clinics and outpatient services. The 4-story building
links the new University Hospital and the 2,000-car parking structure.
Parking: If you intend to drop someone off or use the valet parking
service, take the circular drive to the main entrance of the building.
If you are not dropping off a patient, continue past the circular
drive to Parking Lot A, North and South entrance. Park in Parking
Lot A. As you park, make note of the floor and parking space number
where you are parked.
You will receive a parking ticket from the machine when you enter
the parking structure. Patients can validate their ticket for
a $2 charge in any outpatient clinic or at the nurses' station
on any of the inpatient units. It is necessary to have your ticket
validated to avoid charges up to $10. Red emergency call boxes
are on all levels of the parking decks and can be used to summon
assistance.
