Antiseborrheic shampoos such as zinc pyrithione, ketoconazole or selenium sulfide. |

Above shampoo(s) plus for face: hydrocortisone 2.5% cream and/or 2% ketoconazole cream and for scalp: fluocinolone acetonide 0.01% solution
