Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines
1) Biopsy or recommend Dermatology evaluation for nevi changing in appearance (color, border, size) or symptomatic nevi (bleeding, painful).
2) Additional information
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit An evaluation by the referring physician is required prior to referral. UMHS does not consult on non-evaluated moles.
