1) Exam for differential BP's
2) CBC, Basic, lipids, TSH, Hs-CRP
3) ABI
4) Chest x-ray to look for thoracic aneurysm
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit
1)  Abdominal ultrasound to assess for aortic aneurysm
2)  Lower extremity non-invasive study-segmental
