Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT)
Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines
1)  Exam for valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy
2)  CBC, TSH, Lipid Profile, Basic
3)  ECG
4)  Chest x-ray
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit
1) Surface echocardiogram
2) EKG during SVT or Holter/event monitor
3) event monitor if the tachycardia was not documented
Patient Education/Information (includes preps)
