3) Chest X-ray
4) CBC, comp, ANA, TSH
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit
1)  V/Q scan
2)  PFT's and HRCT based upon chest x-ray
Patient Education/Information (includes preps)  
Appointment Timeframe 2 weeks to 2 months depending on severity of symptoms
