Abnormal Chest x-ray Masses and Nodules
Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines
1) Obtain old chest x-rays for comparison
2) Detailed risk history including smoking, occupational exposures and infectious exposures (e.g. TB)
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit 1) CT chest with contrast
2) Spirometry
