Patient Education/Information (includes preps) Program Fees:
  • AMP Phone Consultation and screening - Free/no cost
  • Initial Interview (a 2 hour thorough assessment) $95.00
  • Brief program (initial interview, +3 sessions, 3 & 9 f/u) $225.00
  • Extended program (initial interview, +5 sessions, 3 & 9 f/u) $450.00
  • Fees waived for U-M faculty & staff
