Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines 1) Assess neurovascular status
2) Immobilize as best possible.
    Instruct patient to elevate, ice and rest.
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Immediate Referral
Patient Education/Information (includes preps) Immobilization left intact until seen.
Appointment Timeframe Patient will be seen within the week
