2) Flexion-based PT program
3) Epidural injection
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit 1) MRI
2) CT/Myelogram if patient unable to obtain MRI
Patient Education/Information (includes preps)  
Appointment Timeframe 1) Urgent with new onset of weakness
2) Emergent with associated bowel/bladder dysfunction
