Clavicle Fracture
Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines If open fracture or if skin is compromised, should send to the Emergency Department

1)  Patient should be immobilized depending on pain and instability
2)  Ice
3)  Physical Therapy may be indicated
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Xray
Patient Education/Information (includes preps)
1)  Refer to Sports Medicine
2)  Not all cases are surgical
3)  Physical Therapy may be indicated
Appointment Timeframe 1-2 weeks
