1) Evaluate patient for TMJ
2) Evaluate for malignancy
 -larynx
 -pharynx
 -Temporal bone
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Audiogram to be scheduled at UMHS (outside testing not accepted).
