| 1) | Vinegar-water irrigation by patient daily, for one week, unless ear canal is acutely inflamed and/or swollen shut.
Instructions:
Mix one ounce of warm tap water with one ounce of household white vinegar. It is best if the mixture is close to body temperature to prevent dizziness. Fill the syringe with the vinegar-water mixture and gently irrigate your ear. Use up the whole mixture each time - it usually fills the syringe 5-6 times. Do this over the sink or before your shower. |
