Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines 7 - 10 day course of antibiotics. If not resolved, refer to Otolaryngology.
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit 1) Palpable mass 1 CM or > FNA
2) CT neck w/contrast
Patient Education/Information (includes preps)  
Appointment Timeframe 2 - 4 weeks
