Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines Evaluation by a local ENT for swallowing and airway safety, and confirmation of diagnosis.
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit
1)CT of the Neck and Chest with IV contrast.
2)Copies of all operative reports linked to vocal fold paralysis/paresis.
Patient Education/Information (includes preps)  
Appointment Timeframe Evaluation with in 6 weeks.
