Post Polio Syndrome
Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines
  		• Treat musculoskeletal pain with NSAID or acetaminophen
  		• If associated with neurologic complaints, consider another diagnosis or superimposed disorder
    Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit
  		• Consider EMG for evidence of old polio if no EMG previously done and available
  		• Obtain old medical records related to polio diagnosis
