Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines Preliminary Staging:
  • Chest X-ray (PA & Lateral)
  • Chest & Abdomen CT scan
  • PET Scan
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Reports:
  • Chest X-ray
  • Chest and abdominal CT
  • Pertinent medical history
  • Tissue diagnosis report bronchoscopy or needle biopsy
  • PET Scan
  • Pulmonary function tests
  • Chemo/radiation therapy reports if applicable
