Kidney Transplant, Pediatric
Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines Patients who have advanced chronic kidney disease or end stage renal disease, or patients who have undergone a kidney transplant and hope to transfer to our center.
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Routine medical care: Dental exams, immunizations (including PPD, pneumovax & influenza vaccine). Identify a primary care physician.
