Liver Transplant, Pediatric

Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines Patients with liver diseases who might require liver transplantation including causes of acute or chronic irreversible liver failure such as autoimmune hepatitis or biliary atresia and metabolic diseases.
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Routine medical care: dental care, immunizations. Identify a primary care physician.

Appointment Timeframe Appointments are scheduled within 1-2 weeks. We work with referring physicians and families to choose the best time.

External Patients: Hand carry Non-UM records to visit or have them sent to our office. We will work with families and referring physicians to get the right information for your visit.
