| 1) |
Tumor markers appropriate for suspected tumor type |
| 2) |
CT of abdomen & pelvis or Ultrasound of pelvis based on suspected tumor type |

Slides should arrive by the day of visit. If at all possible, slides should be sent over night via UPS or Fed Ex to generate a tracking number
Films/CDs of recent imaging studies should be hand carried to appointment |
