Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines Symptoms include daily ischemic limb pain despite maximum medical therapy no further planned or possible percutaneous or surgical interventions
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Complete History/Physical
Imaging studies including vascular reports
Medications attempted
Referral to U of M Back & Pain Center for consideration of
1. Sympathetic blockade
2. Spinal Cord Stimulator
