Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines
1)  Careful exam for aortic stenosis or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
2)  ECG
3)  CBC, Basic, Lipid profile
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit Exercise or pharmacologic stress test with imaging
