Start prophylactic antibiotics (amoxicillin 20mg/kg/day). Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit RUS on day of life 7-14 Patient Education/Information (includes preps) Hydronephrosis VCUG Appointment Timeframe Refer to urology (moderate to severe dilation) or nephrology (minimal or mild dilatation) for appointment at approximately 1 month of age.
