1) Renal Ultrasound
2) Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, magnesium, phosphorus
3) CBC, C-reactive protein
4) ANA, C3
5) UA with microscopy, urine culture, urine protein/creatinine ratio
6) Throat culture (if indicated)
