| If neurogenic pain, also consider lab studies including: WESR, CBC, LFTS, creatinine, fasting glucose, Hgb A1C, TSH, T4 , B12, SPEP, UPEP, UFix |
| Consider bone scan if x-ray negative for stress fracture |
