Amputation: Lower Extremity (Congenital)
Suggested Pre-Referral Evaluation and Management Guidelines Consult to PM&R as soon as amputation or limb deficiency is noted
Suggested Additional Test/Management Prior to Specialty Visit
  		• Obtain x-ray of involved limb and bring to clinic
  		• Educate parents/guardian to allow activity as age appropriate; monitor for parent/family stress and adjustment
