Slides, records, and reports should arrive prior to visit. If at all possible, slides should be sent overnight via UPS or Federal Express to generate tracking number. If not possible to send, patient should hand carry.

Films or preferably CDs in DICOM format and reports, should be mailed over night and if not possible, hand carried by patient to appointment.
